In 2005, The Saffron opened its doors in the heart of Baddi with a vision to create a place where people could come together over great food and warm hospitality. What started as a cosy family-run restaurant soon became a place where people came not just to eat, but to celebrate birthdays, share evening snacks, pick up sweets for festivals, and create memories over comforting meals. Built on the belief that great food begins with quality ingredients and heartfelt hospitality, we brought together a restaurant, bakery, and sweet shop under one roof — so there would always be something for everyone in the family.
